Steve has dedicated his entire adult life to helping keep people safe. With a wealth of experience in various fields, he brings a unique background for security assessment and training. Steve has worked alongside law enforcement and military experts on assault prevention, defensive tactics, and facility security protocols. He is also skilled in de-escalation/control techniques. Having worked with private security, law enforcement. EMS and military experts, Steve brings a multi-disciplinary background to safety/security assessment and training.

His experience includes teaching Active Shooter Response, Defensive Shooting, Defensive Tactics and De-escalation classes. Steve has performed security assessments for medical facilities, corporate headquarters as well as houses of Worship. Then providing practical advice on how to live out safety/security protocols.
